Dear Ms. Hagg:
Just a quick note to thank you for referring me to Mr. Robert Rosa in your office, who has made a world of difference in finding my "dream home" on Park Avenue recently. Although I still have a few months to go before this transaction closes, I thought I would provide my feedback on Mr. Rosa's performance so far. There are many wonderful qualities about Mr. Rosa - which I am sure you are aware - but to share a few that I really appreciated...
- Mr. Rosa's ability to be able to grasp my needs and expectations immediately. I attribute this to his broad real estate background combined with his customer-sensitiveness, perceptiveness and active listening skill.
- His rich knowledge of the local market and properties. I was able to make a purchase decision quickly with confidence, as he shared valuable insights into each property, pinpointing pros and cons.
- Mr. Rosa's high professional standards: I felt that Mr. Rosa always placed my interest first as my agent in an attentive manner, and he tirelessly negotiated to get the best possible deal for me. To give you an example, he was able to negotiate the price of a brand new Park Avenue condo down by $15K (!) - Which I think is very rare. He's readily available, flexible, and he is a pleasure to work with.
I feel very fortunate to be able to work with someone of Mr. Rosa's caliber. Again, than you so much for this opportunity to be able to work with Century 21!!
